Homes Juegos Carreras Real Estate Investing | The Launch Tree Approach To Maxing Out Profits – Product Launch Marketing Plan

Wednesday, July 14th, 2010

homes Product launches really took off about 3 years ago and now there is a new product launch marketing plan out there that is being used to max out profits after the initial sales explosion. juegos carreras Points to ponder... real estate investing The Creators.  I would have to put this point in the plus column because the creators are Mike Filsaime and Anik Singal two heavy hitters who have made multiple millions in internet marketing.  So, at the least it makes you want to pay attention to what they have to say or get in on their pre-launch to take advantage of all of the free information they will be giving out. The actual launch is May 12th.

This takes advantage of one undeniable truth in marketing which is that it will always be easier to sell to someone who is already your customer than to attract a brand new customer. And so the branches of the tree represent different offers or upsells given to the customer who originally bought from you.

This new product launch marketing plan will show you how to:

  • get a product ready in just 3 days and create it the right way for marketing
  • how to build a BUSINESS online, not just a one-hit and your done product

how to increase your original product launch marketing plan by 456% with a few tweaks.

So it is up to you to take a more in-depth look at The Product Launch Tree if this article has peaked your interest.  I will tell you that I recommend getting on their mailing list for the freebies.  Just follow the links below and they will take you to my page for more information or link you directly to the official Product Launch Tree page.

I have been following this and I will say that I have a suspicion that they will be selling this for a rather low initial sale price, I am curious to see them put into practice this model. Homes Juegos Carreras Real Estate Investing | How To Bring Your Data To Life With A Story – Business Presentation Skills

Sunday, June 13th, 2010

homes It’s become cliché to be told that we don’t make decisions on data alone; emotion plays a large part too. If that’s true it raises a question “how in a business presentation, using data and analysis, do you get your audience emotionally involved?” The answer is to use a story.

Last December I was working with a government department providing advice on how to resurface roads faster and with less irritation for road users and homeowners. In conjunction with a team of the agency’s staff we gathered data that showed that roads took too long to be repaired, and caused considerable hassle to those using and living near to the road.

juegos carreras This is the opportunity you have in business presentation; especially those that require data, analysis or numbers. It’s normal for the presenters to be ill prepared. Hence they start weak and continue in the same vein through the presentation. They can make the mood in the room dark and gloomy.

So what can you do to make sure that you capture the attention of your audience right from the beginning, and then continue to do so throughout the presentation?

real estate investing Here’s a unique way of doing it. What you do is open with a question that allows the audience to tell you exactly what they want, and then you use what they say to set the agenda. This is exactly how go about it.

2. Answer by making a short point that summarises your position. For example if the question was “please clarify why we shouldn’t outsource our call centre to India?” You could make your point like this: “You shouldn’t outsource to India because, contrary to popular belief, it’s more expensive.”

3. Use a transition to link to your evidence. What you say is “The reason I say that is…”

4. Provide your evidence. “The reason I say that, is because my analysis shows that 50% of your incoming demand is failure demand; outsourcing won’t solve this problem, in-fact it would make the problem worse.”

So here’s how to tell embed a story within your data.

1. Make the point e.g. “Your roads take too long to complete.”
2. Share the data e.g. “Last year every road refurbishment ran late by around 250 days.”
3. Embed the story e.g. “Here’s how that data affects real people…”
4. Make a call to action e.g. “We need to change our project management methods”
5. Tell them what to do differently e.g. “What I’d recommend instead is…”
6. Explain the benefits e.g. “If you accept my recommendations what you will get is…”

Just because your presentation includes data, technical information or analysis does not mean that it must lack emotion and excitement. Combining stories with data can make presentations come to life, change attitudes, and deeply rooted opinions. And every so often it can helps you do something so powerful that it changes lives, like getting a much needed parking space for a disabled child You can be published without charge. Bulk REO Investing

Real estate investing and Bulk REO are tough businesses right now. While the business of buying and holding real estate as a long term investment remains a legitimate and viable strategy for wealth building, profit is no longer guaranteed as it once appeared to be.

With that in mind, the astute real estate investor will consider some specific real estate investment concepts to complement the “tried and true” strategy of long-term buy-and-hold investment houses:

* Internet Marketing – The internet continues to grow at an astounding rate and its value as a marketing medium grows even faster. With the expanding influence of social networking and the ability of “normal” internet users to directly interact with each other, the internet has become a center of social persuasion and an extremely viable medium for “getting the word out” about products and services available to average people. The benefits aren’t reserved for large businesses, either. While the internet has become increasingly competitive in recent years, it’s still imminently accessible as a marketing medium even for solo entrepreneurs with a modicum of determination and education.

* Bulk REO – the prevalence of foreclosures in our economy has put mortgage lenders into a difficult position. With large pools of foreclosed properties on their books, it is no longer efficient for these lenders to sell their foreclosed properties one-by-one through real estate brokers. As such, mortgage lenders are increasingly opting to sell their foreclosures in “packages” to well-funded investors, at steeply discounted prices. Bulk REO investing is a rapidly emerging trend and will continue to be a significant tool for real estate acquisition and disposition until such time as the current foreclosure crisis abates and the foreclosure rate regresses to more normal historical levels.

It’s a different world in the real estate investment business. It would be very, very simple to think that the foreclosure crisis has caused the door of opportunity to be slammed entirely shut. Yet that’s simply not the case. When one observes the state of the real estate market, it is undeniable that fundamentals matter more than ever. For example, the selection of the local real estate market is of greater importance than ever, considering the huge disparity that exists among the thousands of real estate markets across the United States. Additionally, the role of regulatory compliance is greater than ever given the activist nature of the current presidential administration.

Without a doubt, there are very major challenges in today’s real estate investing market. But with some persistence, determination and creativity, there is still plenty of opportunity.

This trend is on the rise and will continue for the foreseeable future.

* Hard Money Lenders– when real estate investors need cash funding for their deals, they frequently turn to hard money lenders who provide the needed funding in exchange for payment of up-front points and high interest rates. But in many cases, the real winner is the hard money lender who profits from a high-interest loan secured by very low loan-to-value ratios. For this reason, many well-funded investors are turning to hard money lending as an alternative profit strategy. Since the down-side risk for the lender is mitigated by an asset with significantly higher value than the money being loaned, the risk to reward ratio clearly favors the hard money lender.

It’s a different world in the real estate investment business. It would be very, very simple to think that the foreclosure crisis has caused the door of opportunity to be slammed entirely shut.
